On April 1, 2021, Jon Blumhagen, set out on a 5,400 mile journey from Orlando to Alaska, trusting God to protect him, to guide him, and to strengthen him for WHATEVER lie ahead. Calling themselves the WiFi Pedalers, Jon and Earline Blumhagen had completed 3 previous Mission POSSIBLE Tours to various locations, but Jon would be going solo on this journey to Alaska.
Riding a non-motorized recumbent I.C.E. tricycle, for
143 days Jon carried over 180 pounds of gear, supplies, tent, food, and water on his 40 pound trike, climbing 8 Continental Divides, and going places no trike has ever gone before. Battling 68 years of age, leukemia, and 10 recent surgeries, Jon set out to prove that “Truly, with God, ALL things ARE possible!”

Raising 2 Deaf children, caring for Earline's Downs Syndrome uncle, we have learned that a SERVANT’S HEART is something that ALL of us are called to be. Jon shared with literally dozens of people EVERY day of the trip to Alaska, adding up to THOUSANDS of people over the course of 143 days.
And it did not matter if you were red, blue, green

And it did not matter if you were red, blue, green, black, white, purple, or WHATEVER color – we are ALL part of the race of human beings descended from Adam, and ALL in need of God’s grace, and mercy. The Bible verse he shared most often was 1 Peter 4:10 – “EACH of us has been given a gift from God’s great variety of spiritual gifts; use them well to SERVE one another.”
And that is what we have endeavored to do – ONLY thru God’s grace.
